  • In the Longitudinal Axis
  • Finish with a follow thru in the transverse plane that causes your arm to finish high. across the chest
  • While knees still bent
  • On the balls of you feet ( like defensive stance in basketball) or (squats)
  • Be prepared for the ball to be returned.
